The office reached out to the Church Giving Envelope Company which prints our yearly giving envelopes and wanted to share with you an updated status. Our envelopes are still in the queue on the production floor. Unfortunately, production is behind this year because of a machine repair and also due to a chain supply shortage of paper and labor. They are hopeful that the envelopes will be available by February and they thanked us for our understanding. There will be blank envelopes for you to use for giving, please see an usher or take one from the back of the pew.
We are doing a fundraiser from January 9-February 28 for Cleveland County Hospice selling hearts for $1 to be displayed in the church. You can donate cash or write a check to Hospice Cleveland County.

Central is in urgent need of more Live-streaming volunteers! Since April 2020 and the Covid times, two church volunteers have faithfully served by running live-streaming each Sunday. The desire is to add two new volunteers to the live-streaming team so rotations can be developed. The goal would be one month-on volunteering and three months off. Our shut-ins greatly appreciate this ministry. Learn this exciting new technology and how to operate this light Apple iPad iPhone Wifi-based live-streaming system. The Livestream setup starts every Sunday morning at 9 am. Pray over this opportunity and consider serving the church in this capacity. If interested, please email firstname.lastname@example.org

I am humbled and honored to serve God’s Kingdom as a part of Central UMC of Kings Mountain! We will meet in the choir room for a rehearsal and for some time to talk and get to know each other. Whether you have been singing as a part of the choir during service or singing from the comfort of your home, we would love to see your face and hear your voice Wednesday as we turn over a new leaf in the music program! As we look forward to sharing fellowship and joy with the purpose of singing praises to our LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ, please plan to join us at 7 pm this Wednesday. I am excited to hear your opinions on things that have worked in the past as well as learn about your all-time favorite choral pieces. Please encourage each other (and new voices) to gather...
Dear Church family, I am so excited to send this email to you. At Central, we are always looking for ways to draw closer to God and each other. With this new resource, we are taking steps to enhance that process. By now you should have received an email inviting you to RightNow Media. After you have set up your free account you will be able to search through the vast library of resources available. These range from topics such as Bible studies, devotionals, apologetic, marriage, parenting, and many many more. Please take advantage of this wonderful opportunity as much as you can. One of the features that I am most excited about is the ability for anyone to find a resource and share it with others. Because of this, we will be adopting this into our congregational-wide Sunday school. Below you will find a link to the study we will be using for the...
